Connecting Seafood Trading (CST) is an independent seafood brokerage headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Founded in 2023 by Francesca Castellano, the company represents producers, processors and exporters of frozen and fresh seafood, and supplies importers, wholesalers, distributors and processors in the Middle East and international markets.
Our range covers more than 30 products, from shrimp, cephalopods and pelagic fish to salmon, whitefish, shellfish and premium species, sourced from approved suppliers in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Americas.
As brokers, we act between both sides of the trade. We match each enquiry with suitable suppliers, negotiate price and terms, confirm specifications in writing and follow every shipment through inspection, documentation and delivery.

Our approach
Approved suppliers
We work with established processors and exporters holding the approvals their markets require, including HACCP, EU establishment approval and Halal certification.
Transparent offers
Every offer states origin, species, specification, size grade, glaze, packing and shipment period, so buyers can compare like with like.
Clear contracts
Price, payment terms, Incoterms and delivery schedule are agreed in writing before production, with specifications confirmed by both parties.
Follow through
We stay involved after the contract is signed, coordinating inspection, export documents and shipping updates until the goods arrive.
